I had a chance to read BRIBING SAINT ANTHONY on a recent flight. It was a great read! I don't have a lot of time to read for fun these days, and your story was a treat. You have a nice touch, and MC is an engaging lead. Reminded me a bit of Carl Hiaasen--What is it about Florida, anyway?!? Keep up the good work!
From Sheldon Siegel author of the critically acclaimed legal thriller series featuring Mike Daley and Rosie Fernandez.
An enjoyable book for those who love lots of interesting, quirky characters thrown together in an intriguing plot. As for the story itself, it moves along very well and is written in an appealing way. I liked descriptions such as, "They had an on-off relationship. She still had her dream of becoming a country star and Joe had his dream of Jennifer becoming his wife and raising little Joe bambinos." The note, "And oh, there's Izzy!" with the drawing of Izzy is cute. Overall, a fun read.

"Thanks for the intriguing escape literature. Always interesting to see the weaving of real life in with fiction."

A Feisty Writer: Rita brings to cozy mysteries a sharp intelligence and a delightful ability to capture characters. Her main character, Mary Catherine Mahoney, MC for short, is one you won't forget...a series that blends a bit of psychic abilities with a myriad of plot twists and intelligent observations.

This story was not what I had expected it to be, but I was entertained from the first page to the last. I found THE HOUSE ON XENIA to be an enjoyable read and a nice escape.
Lori Caswell - Escape with Dollycas
We've all heard of Haunted houses—houses that seem to live and breathe, and often are inimical, even dangerous,to inhabitants. What about a house that is kind, compassionate, warm-hearted, protective? Such is THE HOUSE ON XENIA , a full-sized YaYa (Greek grandmother). It's also very much extraordinary, and I consider it the protagonist of this cozy mystery featuring generations of strong Greek women in Dayton, Ohio and Florida, also starring in a supporting role: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base—home to Hangar 13. Bring on those conspiracy theories!

I'm a huge fan of cozy mysteries and always looking for a different theme for them, A psychic and possibly aliens? I had to see what this was all about. It was about the very likable, funny, and stubborn MC (Mary Catherine) and the predicament she winds up in. What is the predicament, you ask? Well, a corpse is found under her cousin's house. It turns out to be a cold case and when MC starts to investigate, she finds possible evidence of visitors from outer space. Aliens? Oh My! This was just so much fun to read. There's fun, zany characters, house included, and more than one mystery to figure out. Made me grin enough my face hurt. It’s said that this is a standalone in the series and you can enjoy it without having read previous books. I sure did. But now I must go back and start at the beginning. I'm thinking I've missed a whole lot more fun.
Mallory A. Haws: The Haunted Reading Room Reviews
I swear this paranormal cozy mystery has it all! It starts with a family of some of the quirkiest yet hilarious women of all ages. They own an old family home that talks to them, some have their own powers, and each personality is unique creating quite the cast of characters. Add in friends, animals, and a few secrets to get a mix that will keep you guessing at every page. Having a mystery to solve kept them all on tasks but there are lots of moving parts that you will never see coming. If you love total surprises, fantastic characters, and a mystery that keeps you clueless you so have to read this! I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

THE RUSSIAN & AUNT SOPHIA is a very unique and delightfully quirky tale of mystery and murder. The locations are vivid and fun, the characters are engaging, and the plot is very solid and effective. The Russian & Aunt Sophia would work immensely well as a cinematic adaptation.
